Kalamazoo Deck Builders is pleased to add a new service of prefab decks, porches, and steps. All of our work is made in-house at our shop located in SW Michigan. We primarily construct prefab decks for manufactured homes and deliver directly to the site. 

All of our prefab decks are code compliant and are available in sizes 4×8 up to 6×12. These types of projects keep us busy in the winter months when it’s too cold, snowy, and rainy to be outdoors building decks. Ask us about our off-season construction discounts when you inquire about a prefab deck.
